the room was large with comfy beds and a bath and big windows. the decor was stylish and the staff were super friendly. the location was marvellous for walking around st george's hall liverpool.

It has exceptionally nice, outstandingly accommodating staff.

Amazing place for exploring the city. Attentive, kind staff with smiling face. Delicious food options. Excellent service overall and parking next to the hotel. Unbeatable location, 10 minutes' walk to a national museum. Based not far from bar/restaurant, train station, and shops.

The room was spacious, but the shower temperature was too hot to adjust.

We had a lovely stay at the Dixie Dean Hotel with our 18-month-old. Its central location made exploring the city's landmarks easy, and the quality of the breakfast added a nice touch. The décor and the unique lounge areas offered a relaxing vibe. there was some noise from the corridors during the night. it was a pleasant experience, perfect for families and friends alike.

The spacious suite was perfect for our family, providing ample room and a luxurious spa bath that the kids enjoyed. While some areas showed signs of wear, and we experienced minor issues with maintenance, the staff were attentive and quick to resolve any concerns. Great for a family getaway, but a little attention to upkeep would enhance the experience.

Our family enjoyed the spacious luxury suite, perfect for our group. The fine decor was definitely a highlight, but we experienced some delays during service. For a quicker dining experience, consider ordering in advance. Don't miss the quaint little cafes nearby for tasty alternatives!

The luxurious suite we chose was a hit with our grown children, especially the shower facilities and spacious layout.

My children wished the air conditioning worked. It made the room quite warm for summer. A small fan was provided, but we struggled to keep cool.

The ambiance was inviting. The staff was attentive to my needs.

A handrail at the entrance would greatly help seniors.

I really enjoyed my recent stay. the whirlpool bath was a nice touch, and the room was super comfy! The leisure area had a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just a heads up, though, the room's heating could use a check, even with the portable heater it felt a bit chilly! 🌟

The air conditioning was a major letdown, barely functioning during one of the warmest nights, leaving us uncomfortably warm. The bedding was not up to scratch. The bottom sheets were dirty, prompting a change. Noise from loud music seeped in and disturbed our sleep, especially with kids in tow-definitely caught us off guard for a weekday. Breakfast options were limited, with poorly presented sausages that didn't quite hit the mark for what you'd expect here, leaving us wanting more for the price paid.

The luxurious Presidential Suite provided a comfortable night's sleep, complemented by friendly staff who offered excellent service. The organic pulled pork at breakfast was delicious, and the spacious layout of the room was really good. The reception area could improve in cleanliness, and the bathroom amenities were lacking in variety. The atmosphere was pleasant, but some areas require attention.

We stayed in the Luxury Suite with a jacuzzi bath, and the kids loved it! The spacious room was fantastic for a family getaway.
