We had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the lively atmosphere that celebrates the life and legacy of Everton's greatest footballer. The luxurious suite we chose was a hit with our grown children, especially the shower facilities and spacious layout.

My children wished the air conditioning worked. it made the room quite warm for summer. A small fan was provided, but we struggled to keep cool.

The Luxury Suite offered impressive space, elegantly decorated, making it perfect for our group. The central location provided easy access to nearby attractions, which made exploring a breeze.

The air conditioning was a major letdown, barely functioning during one of the warmest nights, leaving us uncomfortably warm. the bedding was not up to scratch. the bottom sheets were dirty, prompting a change. Noise from loud music seeped in and disturbed our sleep, especially with kids in tow—definitely caught us off guard for a weekday. Breakfast options were limited, with poorly presented sausages that didn’t quite hit the mark for what you'd expect here, leaving us wanting more for the price paid.
